How would people who wear glasses use the Drive Alert?

Fit the Drive Alert behind your ear and put the eyeglass earpiece between the Drive Alert and your head. Be sure to turn the unit on to use and turn off when you are finished to save battery power.

How soon will shipment be made once PayPal approves my order?

Usually within 24hrs. once we receive the authorization from PayPal. A confirmation e-mail will be sent.

What is your policy on returns for a defective Drive Alert unit?

Return the defective Drive Alert unit within 15 days and it will be replaced with a new one. However, if the Drive Alert unit is damaged or "tampered with", it is not returnable.

How is the Drive Alert shipped?

The Drive Alert unit will be shipped through regular mail or UPS to the lower 48 states only.
