Shipping Policy Once payment authorization has been approved, we will ship the Drive Alert Master via regular mail or UPS to the lower 48 states only.
Return Policy Return the defective Drive Alert Master unit within 15 days of receipt and it will be replaced with a new one. However, if the Drive Alert unit is damaged or "tampered with", it is not returnable. If you are not satisfied with the Drive Alert product itself, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund (minus shipping and 15% restocking fee), as long as it has not been damaged.
Damaged Goods Policy Please examine bulk packages sent by UPS. If damaged in transit, contact us as well as UPS with the tracking number. We will follow up to help clear up the issue. Otherwise, if the Drive Alert unit is damaged or "tampered with", it will not be returnable.
Backorder Policy If the Drive Alert is "out of stock", you will be notified of when it is expected to be back in stock and will be given the option of continuing your order, having it automatically shipped out, or cancelling the order. Please e-mail your decision or call. A confirmation of your selection will be sent. |
